VERY IMPORTANT: If you are not a resident of USA then your Billing and Shipping addresses must match. For your order to ship without delay, you must provide the billing address and postal or ZIP code that your credit card statement is mailed to. We will not ship to a different address unless we have a faxed signature and can verify the "ship-to" address by phone. If you are placing a high value order that will be shipping to an address other than your billing address, you should make sure your credit card company has validated the alternate shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to a different address than the credit card statement mailing address. Status of your order: Please note that your orders are served and shipped by the date and time of arrival, but if there is an overload of orders then sometimes larger (amount) orders will be shipped first. This plan is ONLY for INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIR MAIL shipment cases. So in case of the abovementioned loss I will give you 10% discounts for your future orders until your loss is covered. Example: You buy an item from me for $100 including registered air mail delivery (let's say item costs $90 + $10 for reg. air mail) and you don't want to choose an International Insurance by a certain courrier which insures paper money or related goods. You choose to receive it by Registered Air Mail and after 60 days (mandatory waiting period before claim is filed) you still did not receive the item. Then after investigation supposedly postal officials refund $40. Then the $40 applied to your credit or sent to you immediately. You still have a loss of $50 (postal charges are not covered with this plan). Then by making an order of $500 and receiving a 10% discount you in a way receive your lost money back. RETURNS: Seven days return guarantee. Returned items must be mailed to us immediately or up to 7 days after receiving them in an ORIGINAL condition, holder and packaging. If a return is caused by a customer avoiding duties in their own country and therefore refusing to accept the package a refund will not be issued and their order will be reshipped after we receive an appropriate amount for reshipping fees to the customer. You have to make sure that returned items are well and safely packed and will not get damaged on the way. All open sides of a plastic holder that holds banknotes in it must be sealed well in order to avoid a slip-out and damage of the banknote(s). Information WANT-LIST: Let's see what you have - please offer any kind of valuable banknotes of any country and any year of issue. Take a look at my want list. WANT-LIST terms: All paper money received on an approval basis accordingly to my want-list will be either paid for to a sender immediately, either will be returned to a sender at my expense. Please e-mail, fax or mail your list of banknotes before mailing them to me. If you send to me those notes, which I'm not interested in, please understand, that you are wasting your time and money. All paper money received on an approval basis, which are NOT listed in my want-list will be returned to a sender at his/her own expense. Please do not mail to me any notes without first letting me know and receiving my approval. Once again: I will not pay return postage for unwanted notes, which are not in my want-list. If my want-list shows that I need all UNC notes from a certain country, do not mail any notes from that country to me without first letting me know what notes you wish to mail. It's always best to describe your notes and receive my approval before mailing them to me.
