By placing an order to me or sending to (or receiving from) me something of value you automatically agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions described in this page below. All transactions involving world paper money and
cash also other collectibles and me on one side and another person or company on the other side are bound by

How to Submit Your Order

I. Use Shopping Cart (NEW!)

ATTENTION! If all these terms are too complicated for you then use our SHOPPING CART (click).

Click on "Add to Cart" link next to every item's description in "Paper Money Pricelist" and follow the instructions,
pay with any majour credit card and get you order shipped within 1-3 days (except saturdays, sundays, holidays).

VERY IMPORTANT: If you are not a resident of USA then your Billing and Shipping addresses must match.
For your order to ship without delay, you must provide the billing address and postal or ZIP code
that your credit card statement is mailed to. We will not ship to a different address unless we
have a faxed signature and can verify the "ship-to" address by phone. If you are placing a high value
order that will be shipping to an address other than your billing address, you should make sure
your credit card company has validated the alternate shipping address. We reserve the right to
refuse to ship to a different address than the credit card statement mailing address.

Status of your order: Please note that your orders are served and shipped by the date and time of arrival, but if there
is an overload of orders then sometimes larger (amount) orders will be shipped first. All orders will be processed as
soon as possible.

Notice: Please note that unlike some other dealers and businesses we do not ban or refuse business to any of our customers no matter what happens!

II. Use Email, Mail or Fax (pay with Paypal, check, cheque, money order, cash, bank wire transfer, Western Union)

1. E-mail, Fax (please view our phone/fax # here) or Mail your order to us and include:
a) Full description as in our pricelist. Best is to Copy and Paste (CTRL+C and CTRL+V);
b) Desired way of payment (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO SAVE YOUR AND OUR TIME);
c) Desired way of shipment (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO SAVE YOUR AND OUR TIME);
d) your personal data such as: YOUR NAME, EMAIL, MAILING ADDRESS;
1a. Use Online Order Form for online orders or use a Print-out Order Form for orders submitted by mail or fax;
2. Wait for confirmation of your order (usually takes about 24 hours, though weekends/holidays can be slower);
3. After you receive your order's confirmation (list of available items and an invoice), proceed with your payment;
4. After you have processed or mailed your payment to Audrius Tomonis, please email or fax a brief
confirmation message that you have submitted your payment;
5. Wait to receive your ordered items. Depending on the way of payment, way of delivery chosen and your
location in the world it takes between 2 days and 1 to 4 weeks (sometimes to some countries more than
that) to receive the ordered items;
6. Once you receive the ordered items and are satisfied with them you may let us know (not mandatory) that
you received them safely.

III. Pay with Your Credit/Debit card

ATTENTION: Emailing your credit/debit card details is on your own risk. We strongly suggest that you do
not email your credit card number/data to us. Please call/phone/fax/mail/send us the following mandatory data:

1. Your Order and Your Personal Data (please use Print-out Order Form or Unsecure Online Order Form)
2. Your Credit or Debit Card Number (16 digits) (if emailing on your risk, email it in 2 or 3 or 4 parts)
3. Card Number (CVV Code) (3 or 4 digit number on the back of your card)
4. Your Credit or Debit Card Expiration Date (Month & Year)
5. Card Manufacturer: Visa, Mastercard or American Express only (will accept Discover in the near future).

VERY IMPORTANT: If you are not a resident of USA then your Billing and Shipping addresses must match.

Sorry for inconvenience, but a minimum order is $10 US (for retail non-credit banknote orders). Credit or debit
card order minimum is $20.

IV. Pay with a Virtual Check (DISABLED - NOT POPULAR)

Please call/phone/fax/email us the following mandatory data:

1. Your Order and Your Personal Data (please use Print-out Order Form or Unsecure Online Order Form)
2. Your Account Number on your check (usually 12 digits but not necessarily always);
3. Routing number on your check (9 digits);
4. Type of account (Personal Checking, Personal Savings, Business Checking, Business Savings);
5. Bank Name and Bank State (state where your bank (branch) is located);

V. Use Shopping Cart to order, but pay with check or money order, cash, Paypal etc. (not credit card)

This is quite a convenient way to submit an order (hopefully). So, here's how it should work:

1. Add all the wanted banknotes to the shopping cart;
2. Select "Shipping To" destination;
3. Click on "Pay & Finish" button;
4. Select "Shipping Method";
5. Click on "Proceed to Checkout" button;
6. Send your payment by mail to the address provided on the resulting page;
7. Everything else is like in the above Chapter II. parts 2. through 6.

Remember that with Paypal you can make instant online payments directly from your Bank Account
into someone's email address!

numerous security and anti-fraud checks such as AVS, identity verification, signature verification, shipping
and billing address verification, email address and phone verification, and if necessary (many overseas orders)
- manual authorization, verification of your references and other data, therefore please expect to receive an
email before your order gets processed if you live in a developing or underdeveloped country or a country
with a high fraud risk. Even if you live in a developed country, your data might still be checked at a
maximum if your order seems to be for a large amount, shipping charges high for a smaller order, ordering

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover/Novus via cart/basket,
telephone, fax, mail and email. Cheques, cash, money orders, western union etc. Read on please.

Enjoy free shipping if your order amount reaches certain number plus your order may qualify for a discount. See

Payments are accepted by:

a) Bank draft in US$, US Money Order, International Money Order in US$, U.S. personal cheque or a
foreign bank draft (accepted only those drawn on a U.S. bank and in US dollars). Cheques (checks)
from overseas and from new customers must clear (cash) first before merchandise is shipped.
Traveller's cheques if received unsigned will not be accepted or will have to cash first. US dollars only.

Please make all payment documents (cheques, checks, bank drafts, money orders etc.) payable to:

b) US dollars in cash. Must be packed securely and mailed by registered or insured mail. Mailing cash is at your
own risk, but see below for "Important disclaimer" to find out how your underinsured registered mail with cash
payment is still protected under the Special 10% discount plan. Notice: sending cash by non-insured and/or
non-registered mail is NOT protected by any plans.

c) Bank wire transfer (electronic/telegraphic money transfer to my account). Details on request. Use this way of
payment only for orders of $300 and more. There is a $10.00 to $30.00 charge on my side, which I have to pay
myself once your bank wire arrives into my account, therefore you will have to pay the actual incoming wire fee,
which is $30 for an international bank wire transfer or $10 for a US national bank wire transfer.

d) Credit card (via PAYPAL) : I accept Visa & Mastercard from residents of these countries: Click here for more info.
Notice: when paying via Paypal you must choose only INSURED or REGISTERED mail shipment. When paying
via Paypal you must be a VERIFIED member and you must provide a CONFIRMED shipping-to address.

e) Credit card : Use Online Shopping Cart of Banknotes.com to order banknotes directly from this web site using all
your majour credit or debit cards and virtual checks; Please note that only the items with "[Add to Cart]" link next
to their image link/s are possible to buy using shopping cart. If the yellow "Shop For More Items" button does not
return you to the same (country) page where you were shopping at, then close your browser and open it again and
it will work again. Credit cards that we currently accept are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,

2. Your Account Number on your check (usually 12 digits but not necessarily always);
3. Routing number on your check (9 digits);

g) Western Union, Postal Money Transfer (P.M.Transfer may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive!) or any other
possible means of payment not mentioned above.

h) Xcoin.com service. It's a new paypal-like service. We tried it, it's quite convenient, although their website is slow.

i) Your country's crisp uncirculated banknotes at current exchange rate plus 10% but not more than 50% of the total
amount of an order (with some exceptions). Only certain countries apply. Payments with strictly UNCIRCULATED
banknotes at the latest exchange rate + 10% are welcome with currencies of the following countries: Netherlands,
Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium,
South Africa, Brunei, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Faeroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece,
Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey, South Korea, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Scotland, Singapore,
Slovakia, Taiwan, and currencies of some other countries. List of countries and % subject to change without prior
notice.

j) You can also pay me with your country's currency banknotes in any nice condition (VF, XF, AU) as long as they
are not torn, have no holes or ink or tears on the banknotes. In such case the calculation rate will be as follows:
current exchange rate less 30% for all "soft" currencies (country list available upon request) and current exchange
rate less 15% for all "hard" currencies (country list available upon request) except US dollar is considered cash and
can be paid with to me at 100%. These rates are for purchasing tangible items only (example: banknotes, stamps,
coins etc.). If you wish to pay for an Evaluation, Advertisement or any other non-tangible service, you pay with any
world currency at current exchange rate without any commission from my side. I reserve the right to refuse or to
change this payment option at any time without a prior notice.

NOTE: If you wish to pay with some other means of payment (stamps, coins, other collectibles etc.) not mentioned
above, then please contact me. Since I am a collector I also exchange banknotes with other collectors, especially
those of which I have duplicates available.

Please always include your PRINTED or TYPED delivery/mailing address in all your correspondence.

$50. Registered Mail shipments (USA only) can be insured for up to $25,000. Contact me for more info if you wish

b) Insured mail (first class) (USA):
Orders $20.00-50.00 add $5.00 (SIH = Shipping, Insurance & Handling)
Orders $50.01-100.00 add $3.50 SIH
Orders over $100.01 add nothing (free shipping and insurance). Cash/cheque/check paymenty only.

c) First Class Mail (without insurance!) (cash or money order payments only) (USA): Add $2.00 for orders under
$25.00. Add $1.50 for orders under $50. Add $1.00 for orders $50-$100. If you are paying with a Credit/Debit Card
or Paypal, you can not choose this way of payment, but you have to choose an INSURED or REGISTERED mail
option. If you wish to find out how long it takes for mail to reach a recipient please contact your local post office
or go to http://www.usps.com. Additionally, we will not be held responsible for delivery of any mail to any redirect
address that we are not aware of and are not informed about in advance (during the order placement).

d) Priority Mail (USA): Add $8.50 for orders under $25. Add $7.50 for orders $25.01-$50. Add $6.00 for all orders
.$50.01-$100. Orders $100.01+ are shipped free. If you wish to find out how long it

e) Express Mail - add $19 for all non-bulk orders. If you wish to find out how long it takes for mail to reach a recipient

f) Other mail carriers: FEDEX, UPS, DHL (contact me or them for more information) etc. Please provide your PHONE
NUMBER and your STREET ADDRESS! These guys do not deliver to Poboxes, FPOs and APOs. If you wish to find
out how long it takes for mail to reach a recipient please contact your local Fedex, UPS or DHL office or go to their
website.

To ship to a Different Address: Our credit card processing service only approves orders going to the billing address
or to the "alternate shipping address" registered with your credit card company. If your alternate address is not yet
established, simply call the bank phone number on the back of your card and tell them to add the other address.
Then when you check out, in the Special Instructions window on the Shipping Info page, enter that shipping address
and the recipient's phone number, as well as that same bank telephone number from the back of the card. Additionally,
we will not be held responsible for delivery of any mail to any redirect address that we are not aware of and are not
informed about in advance (during the order placement).

II. Abroad/Overseas

New! Now You Can Pay Your Own Shipping via UPS or FEDEX!
Here's how: if you wish to pay as a recipient or with your UPS or FEDEX
Account, then choose FEDEX or UPS shipping, but put a note in "Order
Comments" field along with your UPS or FEDEX Account Number and
a note saying that you want to pay for the shipping yourself. In such case
you will only get charged by us for the order amount and you pay your own
shipping which may save you some money on shipping and handling.

a) Registered mail (ABROAD & OVERSEAS): Add $19.00 for orders below US$25. Add $17.00 for orders US$25+.
Add $16.00 for orders US$50+. Notice: If you want the shipment insured for up to $48 then please note that in your
correspondence/order. Also if you want VALUE DECLARED on a registered mail receipt then let me know. See below
for "Important disclaimer" to find out how your underinsured registered mail is still protected under a 10% discount
plan. If you wish to find out how long it takes for mail to reach a recipient please contact your local post office.
Please note that REGISTERED AIR MAIL takes up to TWO (2) months to arrive to abroad and overseas destinations.
It usually takes much less time, but accordingly to USPS and International Postal Convention laws a registered mail
sender can only make a request to search for a delayed registered mail AFTER it's been 1 month (30 days) after
the mail was sent. Please be patient in case of delay and try not to load me with extra unnecessary inquiries if it's
been less than 30 days since your international registered air mail letter (package) was shipped out to you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: USPS maximum indemnity for internatonal registered mail is ~$48. If your order sent
by Registered Air Mail is lost or stolen we will reimburse you with a maximum amount of ~$48. Therefore when
placing an order with us, please choose a shipping method that has full insurance (Global Express mail, for instance),
or contact us for more information or advice.

b) Regular Air Mail (Non-bulk orders. Cash payments only!) (ABROAD & OVERSEAS): Add $6.00 for orders under
US$25. Add $5.00 for orders over $25. Add $4.00 for orders over $50. Orders over $100 are shipped free. If you are
paying with a Credit/Debit Card or Paypal, you can not choose this way of payment, but you have to choose a
REGISTERED mail option.If you wish to find out how long it takes for mail to reach a recipient please contact your
local post office.

c) Priority International Parcel Post with Insurance - fully insured shipping solution for overseas AIR MAIL shipments.
Contents are shipped in small boxes/parcels which are not flat. Not to be shipped to Canada or USA. Use Insured

In case if contents of a package/letter gets damaged I will replace damaged value(will estimate myself) only if the shipment was ordered to be delivered as insured and only if after viewing the damaged package you notified your post office supervisor right away not leaving the post office and supplying proof of damage as a document to me. This plan is ONLY for INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIR MAIL shipment cases. So in case of the abovementioned loss I will give you 10% discounts for your future orders until your loss is covered. Example: You buy an item from me for $100 including registered air mail delivery (let's say item costs $90 + $10 for reg. air mail) and you don't want to choose an International Insurance by a certain courrier which insures paper money or related goods. You choose to receive it by Registered Air Mail and after 60 days (mandatory waiting period before claim is filed) you still did not receive the item. Then after investigation supposedly postal officials refund $48. Then the $48 applied to your credit or sent to you immediately. You still have a loss of $50 (postal charges are not covered with this plan). Then by making an order of $500 and receiving a 10% discount you in a way receive your lost money back. Or you may make 10 orders for $50 each and receive 10% off et cetera. IMPORTANT: When placing your order, it is imperative that you provide a correct and complete shipping address for your recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender. In the event that a package is returned as undeliverable, the package will be held with us until you provide us with the correct(ed) address. RETURNS: Seven days return guarantee. Returned items must be mailed to us immediately or up to 7 days after receiving them in an ORIGINAL condition, holder and packaging. If a return is caused by a customer avoiding duties in their own country and therefore refusing to accept the package a refund will not be issued and their order will be reshipped after we receive an appropriate amount for reshipping fees to the customer. You have to make sure that returned items are well and safely packed and will not get damaged on the way. All open sides of a plastic holder that holds banknotes in it must be sealed well in order to avoid a slip-out and damage of the banknote(s). I will refund your money of a returned merchandise (less shipping & handling cost) (restocking and electronic commerce fees may apply (if you have paid with a credit card)) upon receipt of items in the same condition as they were shipped. You can choose a refund as a payment or as a credit towards your next order. WANT-LIST terms: Please e-mail, fax or mail your list of banknotes before mailing them to me. If you send to me
those banknotes, which I'm not interested in, please understand, that you are wasting your time and money. All
paper money received on an approval basis, which were not authorised by me, will be returned to a sender at his/her
own expense. Therefore please do not mail to me any notes without first letting me know and receiving my approval.
Banknotes ordered in a higher grade than supplied and received will be returned to the supplier/sender at sender's
expense unless appropriately discounted.
