writer, scholar, diplomat, politician, historian, orator, and founder of the Albanian Orthodox Church, who served as
prime minister and regent of Albania in 1924; Blazing torch; Building faēade of the Bank of Albania. Back: Logo of the
Pan-Albanian Federation "Vatra" (The Hearth), one of the most influential voices of Albanian nationalism (organized in
Boston in 1912); The building of the first Albanian Parliament (now the building of the Academy of Sciences) and the
logo of the newspaper "Dielli" (the Sun) run by Fan S. Noli. Dominant colour: Hyacinth. Date of Issue: 11.07.1997.
