Front: American flamingo (Phoenicopterus ruber) in flight. Caribbean island scenery. Back: Logo seal of the Bank of the Netherlands Antilles. Watermark: Bank logo seal. Security features: Watermark. Consecutively running black horizontal serial numbers on the reverse of the banknote. Tiny holographic hexagonal dots (planchettes) on the reverse change color when observed under varying angles. They remain dull on a copy. Blue filament fibers (hairs) fluoresce while exposed to an ultraviolet light. EURion constellation or Omron rings (doughnuts). A semi-transparent iridescent pearly ink with a nacreous glitter. The gold-colored foil is printed over with black and colored patterns. The foil turns out black on color copies. The letters N and A are perfectly aligned. This can be seen when holding the bill up to the light. On counterfeit bills the letters rarely match properly. Ingevolge de wet wordt hij die munt- of bankbiljetten namaakt of vervalst, met het oogmerk om die als echt en onvervalst uit te geven of te doenuitgeven, ofwel opzettelijk munt- of bankbiljetten, die hij zelf heeft nagemaakt of vervalst of waarvan de valsheid of vervalsing hem, toen hij ze ontving, bekend was, als echt en onvervalst uitgeeft, of deze, met het oogmerk om ze als echten onvervalst uit te geven of te doen uitgeven, in.voorraad heeft of binnen de Nederlandse Antillen invoert, gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste negen jaren.
