Reverse: Coat of arms of Haiti (canons, flags, drum, anchor, soufflets, trumpet, sailing ship, palm tree with with Phrygian cap). Watermark: Top of palm tree with Phrygian cap from Haitian coat of arms. Predominant colours: Red and purple. Signatures: (as depicted) Venel Joseph (Le Gouverneur, 2001-2004); Hancy Pierre-Louis (Le Gouverneur Adjoint, 2001-2004); Réginal Mondésir (Le Directeur Général, 2001-2004). Design by: Unknown.
