Signatures: (as depicted) Venel Joseph (Le Gouverneur, 2001-2004); Hancy Pierre-Louis (Le Gouverneur Adjoint, 2001-2004); Réginal Mondésir (Le Directeur Général, 2001-2004). Design by: Unknown.
