Reverse: Fragment of the top of the stele "fingernail" of Hammurabi as part of the Code of King Hammurabi: King Hammurabi receiving the code of laws from Shamash, the god of the Sun, who was also the God of Justice. Hammurabi was the ruler, who turned Babylon into a powerful, and eternal, city. The head of the Snake Dragon of Marduk from Ishtar Gate. The Lion of Babylon attacking a man (carved in basalt) the symbol of the goddess Ishtar. Aurochs on glazed brick from the Ishtar Gate, Babylon. Watermark: Head of a purebred Arabian horse.
