Obverse: Mount Everest (Chomolungma). Vishnu Changu Narayan riding Garuda outside of Changu Narayan Temple near Changunarayan village in Kathmandu valley. Old coin design. Reverse: Blackbuck antelope (Antilope cervicapra). Nepal Rastra Bank emblem. Watermark: Rhododendron flower - National flower of Nepal. Security features: Consecutively running black horizontal serial numbers on the obverse of the banknote. Solid, windowed (segmented) 1 mm wide metallic security thread with demetalized monogram "NRB" repeated. Invisible to the eye hi-lite numeral '10', serial numbers, Mt. Chomolungma and background behind Changu Narayan on the obverse only fluoresce under ultraviolet light. Main colours: Brown and green. Signature: Chiranjivi (Chiranjibi) Nepal (Governor, 19 March 2015 – 6 April 2020). Artist: Unknown. Issuer: Nepal Rastra Bank. Date of issue: 2017. Material: Cotton fiber paper.
