Front: The Great Mosque, Jamaa Ez-Zitouna (Al-Zaytuna), first faculty of theology in Tunisia, located in Medina of Tunis. Portrait of the First President Habib Ben Ali Bourguiba (1903 - 2000). Back: Zaghouan Water Temple and the remains of the sacred spring, Le Temple des Eaux, Le parc national de Jebel Zaghouan (sometimes mistaken for Roman thermal Antonin Baths). It is the starting point of the Zaghouan Aqueduct, collecting water from mountain sources. Djebel Zaghwan Mountain is seen in the background. Watermark: Portrait of President Habib Bourguiba. Security features: Watermarked paper. Solid, embedded, 1 mm wide security thread. Running black horizontal dual serial numbers on the obverse of the banknote.
