a male flower; Coat of Arms of the Bank of Uganda. Reverse: Grain silo and trucks (lorries). Watermark: East
African Crested Crane (Balearica regulorum gibbericeps). Signatures: Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile (Governor);
