Reverse: Kiira (Kiyira) hydroelectric power station dam on the Victoria Nile at Jinja (downstream of the Nalubaale plant (Owen Falls dam); Gorillas. Watermark: East African Crested Crane (Balearica regulorum gibbericeps); 10000. Signatures: Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile (Governor); Chris Manyindo Kassami (Secretary).
