Coloured non-fluorescent fibres at the centre of the front of the banknote. Predominant colour: Green. Artist: Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. Ltd., New Malden, Surrey, England. Signatures: Adolfs Klive (Padomes priekssėdėtajs - Chairman of the Council Board, 1931-1940); Karlis Vanags (Galvenais Direktors - Chief Director, 1927-1940). Printing method: Intaglio.
