"Full tracking" does not necessarily mean that you will
see every village, town, city, country, post office, mail
distribution center the mail piece goes through or flies above.
It may or will show majour postal hubs (mail distribution
centers) it goes through as well as the date when it will be
delivered and the delivery date and record. There may be an
"empty window" of several days, a week or even two
weeks in the online tracking system while the mail piece is
travelling to the mail distribution center in Lisbon, Portugal
after which it will show an international dispatch. Then after a
while it will show arrival to your country and to your local post
office and then delivery date and record.

Mail/Post is not tracked and is sent on the recipient's risk,
while Registered (Recommandé, Einschreiben, Raccomandata,
Registrado, Musajjil, Registrert, Registrerad, Polecony,
3AKA3HOE) international mail to the United States, Canada,
Australia and some other countries has only a despatch record at
the country of its origin, (NO tracking provided by the postal
services of the USA, Canada, Australia and some other countries).
Yet we can find out (with Tracing Inquiry) whether the mail piece
was delivered or not when we submit a special document form to
the postal authorities, which after an investigation of the
whereabouts of the shipment (takes up to 90 days) will report to
us (with an official document that is usually hand-signed and
dated by the Postal Authority) on what has happened to the
shipment, whether it was delivered or whether it was lost,
misdelivered, returned to us undelivered, or is still processing
at the Customs of the country of destination.
