Signatures: Tu Van Quy (Cashier - Thu-Quy Trung-Uong); Nguyen Van Dong (Chief Inspector - Tong-Kiem-Tra). Main colour: Indian red. Security features: Running serial number and series in red ink on the front of the banknote (fluoresces orange). Coloured planchettes (dots) scattered in paper.
