Back: Indochinese tiger (Panthera tigris tigris). Watermark: South Vietnam's President Nguyen Van Thieu's wife's, Madame Nguyen Thi Mai Anh head in profile. Signatures: Trân Vãn Thi (Administrator - Môt Quan -Tri Viên); Kiêu Phan Quê (Director - Giám-Dôc Phát-Hành). Main colour: Orange.
