5 Dinars L.1968 (1986-91) (Front: Minaret of Al Shamlan Mosque in Kuwait City. Kuwaiti Emblem depicting a golden falcon (Hawk of Quraish) and a Boom sailing ship (dhow). Back: Seif Palace, a symbol of sovereignty and ruling power to all of Kuwait’s erstwhile rulers where the country’s affairs are administered. Motifs of Kuwaiti national patterns. Watermark: Boom sailing ship. Security features: Solid, embedded, vertical, 0,5 mm wide, security thread. Consecutively running black serial numbers on the obverse of the banknote. Watermarked paper.
