Security features: Consecutively running black horizontal serial numbers on the obverse of the banknote. Solid, windowed (segmented) 1 mm wide metallic security thread with demetalized monogram "NRB" repeated. Invisible to the eye hi-lite numeral '10', serial numbers, Mt. Chomolungma and background behind Changu Narayan on the obverse only fluoresce under ultraviolet light. Main colours: Brown and green.
