State loan for the development of the national economy of the USSR issued for a period of 20 years from 1 November 1956 to 1 November 1976.
Within 20 years of the loan period 25% of the total number of these obligations win amounts of 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 5000 Rubles in 40 draws of wins, at 2 draws yearly, 1957 through 1976.
The state loan obligations that did not win (75%) are bought back at their face nominal value starting from 1 Nov. 1961 during a period of 15 years.
